How the booking process works

Once you have decided on the details of your flight, contact our team by telephone.

Over the phone, let us know the details of your desired flight, including time, destination, number of passengers and any special requests you may have.

After speaking on the phone and providing our professional recommendations, we will provide you with a quote by email within an hour or two.

After you have accepted the quote, full payment will be processed. Additional costs incurred during the flight may be settled afterward.

After booking

After booking your private jet charter flight, we'll provide you with a complete itinerary. This will include the Fixed Base Operator (FBO) information, including the private aviation terminal or general aviation termina for both departure and arrival. You'll also receive the aircraft tail number, pilots' names and contact numbers. Upon arrival at the private jet terminal, you will find a number of amenities including lounges, snacks, conference rooms, internet access and other available services.

Before departure

Although we generally ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure for international travel, and at least 15 minutes prior for domestic destinations, we are happy to accommodate your schedule. If you are running a few minutes late, there is no need to worry - after all, this is your jet and we will wait for you to arrive before taking off

All adults over the age of 18 must have a federally accepted ID with them

Minor(s) passengers may need an authorization letter from a parent/guardian

Each person may generally bring a standard-size carry-on in addition to their luggage, though custom arrangements can be made ahead of time.
